Analýza průběhu zakázky a nalezení kritických míst

Abstract

The master thesis discourses the real problems coming up during engineering production and its logistic operations. It contains not only the theoretical part but also the particular description of the bottlenecks and the ideas which could lead us to their identification, minimalization or even elimination. Besides there is also list of the measures mentioned at the end which should improve the processes in general. The implementation of these measures is supposed to make the production more efficient, competitive and should also increase the quality of the products. Last but not lest it should also help us with finding the critical points and bring up new proposals for further optimization processes such as norms objectification or purchasing of modern machines and equipment.
