Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the visitor satisfaction measurement of Music Club Kravín. The aim was to assess how visitors are satisfied with services of Music Club. The first part contains the characteristic of company and description of environment. The following section describes the theory of trade and problematic of analyze customer satisfaction. Next part of the bachelor project is engaged in methodology of research in which there were chosen method of electronic questioning. The result was the statement of real satisfaction and proposal of recommending to raise the customer satisfaction of Music Club Kravín.
