Mezigenerační rozdíly v postojích k pracovnímu prostředí

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the coexistence of several generations in one work environment. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to identify and compare intergenerational differences in attitudes of Generations X, Y and Z towards to work environment. To achieve the aim of bachelor's thesis, quantitative research is chosen, specifically a questionnaire survey. The results of the survey serve to managers, departments of human resources management or human resources to create an optimal work environment and reduce intergenerational conflicts in the work environment.
