Alternativní způsoby nanášení kluzné bronzové vrstvy

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design of an alternative technology for applying a copper-based sliding material. The theoretical part is dedicated to describing the requirements for sliding materials and their properties. It provides a general overview of basic sliding materials used in the construction of plain bearings, with increased emphasis on bronze alloys. The principles of manufacturing bimetallic sliding materials combining steel and bronze are described, specifically for technologies such as static casting, sintering, plasma transferred arc, and laser cladding. The experimental part outlines the manufacturing technologies and preparation of sample products. Subsequent metallographic analysis of the applied sliding layers describes and compares the achieved results, focusing on the observation of structures and resulting hardness. The goal is to propose an alternative application technology to conventional methods and assess its applicability in sliding bearing applications.
