Návrh robotizovaného pracoviště pro svařování průmyslových roštů

Abstract

This diploma thesis is about the Design of a Robotic Workplace for Welding a selected type of industrial gratings. The theoretical part deals with the specification of the industrial grate, its material, the production of welded parts and the method of use in practice. The practical part describes current welding technology, including the use of selected preparations for welding of the grate. Following on from the existing technology, a new robot welding technology is proposed. To evaluate both technologies, selected samples are compared by non-destructive and destructive testing. At the end of the thesis the production times of the technologies, their production and procurement costs are compared. From these values the saving in robotic welding and its return in the given time horizon will be determined. The work concludes with an assessment of the suitability of the proposed technology for welding industrial grates.
