Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction of a tool device that will bend bellows into the required shape based on the company's requirements. The introductory research part is about bellows and their importance in practice. Furthermore, the problem of tool devices in connection with the methods used by the company is described here. The following chapter provides an overview of clamps and also lists the bending options offered by the market. The design part of the work describes the individual parts of the tool devices and their functions. Design calculations in the work are focused on the safety of stops in case of poor handling. At the end, the work procedure on tool devices and their economic calculations is shown.
