Optimalizace přidělování vozidel parkovacím plochám

Abstract

The thesis deals with drawing up a mathematical model for optimizing the allocation of buses in the parking spaces of Dopravní podnik Ostrava, a.s. (Ostrava Transport, joint-stock company). Non-productive rides occur before the bus service operation starts and after the last bus service operation ends, while the costs of these non-productive rides have a negative impact on the business results of the company. The paper determines whether or not a certain quantity of buses should be relocated to other parking spaces, thereby reducing non-productive mileage and hence saving the operating costs.
