Mechanismus na čištění vík a rámů plnících otvorů koksárenských baterií

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is design of mechanism for cleaning of covers and frames for filling openings of coke batteries. In the process of converting coal into coke a tar is emitted in the coke battery, which condenses between the cover and the frame. The resulting mixture causes adverse bonding the lid to the frame, which must be separated and purified. I wrote basic information about coke, coke historical development, important features for coking coal and coke basic information in the introductory part of bachelor thesis. The main part of the thesis describes the procedure for design of the mechanism for cleaning the lids and frames. The equipment must enable the implementation without changing the position of cleaning, cleaning residues after cleaning and allow for possible placement inaccuracies of cover for the sensor lids.
