Stojan srovnávacího dopravníku

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám konstrukcí stojanu srovnávacího dopravníku, který je navržen jakou součást linky na magnetopráškovou kontrolu konců trubek .V úvodní rešerši se snažím osvětlit problematiku dopravníků a základní typy konstrukcí. Na základě této rešerše následuje vlastní konstrukční řešení, výběr jednotlivých komponentů a jejich specifikace. Zejména dimenzování pohonu dopravníku je podloženo sérii výpočtu. Hnací hřídel je následně kontrolována metodou konečných prvků. Práce je doplněna sestavným výkresem stojanu a výrobním výkresem hnací hřídele.

The submitted bachelor thesis “Stand for a Leveling Transporter” deals with the construction of a stand for a leveling transporter, which is designed as a part of the tube ends quality non/destructive system. In my introductory background research I focused on explaining the issue of transporters in general and basic types of their construction. On the basis of this background research, the constructional solution, the choice of components and their specification follow. Primarily the dimensioning of the drive is supported by a set of calculations. The driving shaft is subsequently checked by the finite element method. The bachelor thesis contains an appendix consisting of the general arrangement of the stand and the working drawing of the driving shaft.
