Systém prediktivního řízení provozu leteckého dopravce

Abstract

This dissertation addresses the problem of predictive operations control in airline management. The introductory chapters justify the relevance of the topic and provide an overview of current methods used for operational control by airline operators. Based on a comparison of existing approaches and the requirements of contemporary airline practice, an optimization framework is proposed. This framework is based on solving a sequence of mathematical models under uncertainty, where uncertainty is represented using fuzzy numbers. The proposed optimization approach is validated through a series of computational experiments using partially real-world operational data from a medium-sized airline operating regular short- and medium-haul routes.
