Návrh ekonomizéru pro kotel o jm. výkonu 230 t/h

Abstract

Hereinafter, I performed my project and the calculation of the economizer for a boiler with the nominal output of 230 t/h in accordance with the assignment of my bachelor thesis. This is a boiler with natural (unforced) circulation and with appropriate parameters to the boiler of Opatovice Power Plant. All the input parameters include the description of the appropriate boiler to the parameters of boiler PG 230. The proposal of this economizer is necessary for the calculation of the basic stoicheiometric constitution of burnt gas from the suggested combustible and the consumed combustible. The thermal balance of economizer was made from the input and output temperatures on side of water and burnt gas. The economizer was projected as multitubular and it was created from 220 tubes and one superheater coil which is in 69 m length. The verification of the projected parameters was made in calculation. The projected economizer meets the required parameters.
