Vliv chlazení po zinkování na soudržnost povlaku během sweepování

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis examines the effect of cooling after hot-dip galvanizing on the adhesion of the zinc coating during sweeping. The theoretical part describes the general principles of corrosion and its prevention. It also includes chapters on galvanizing in general and specifically on hot-dip galvanizing. The experimental part focuses on the preparation of test samples and the selection and execution of coating tests. Specifically, pull-off and bending tests are conducted, supported by metallographic analysis. The description of the test procedures and their evaluation is accompanied by illustrative images and graphs, as well as clear tables.
