Zhodnocení konkurenceshopnosti velké firmy v oblasti informačních technologií

Abstract

V předložené diplomové práci budou uvedeny některé teoretické přístupy, které se zabývají konkurenceschopností podniku a tvorbou konkurenční výhody, a to z pohledu jejich vlivu na výkonnost podniku. V práci jsou využity teoretické přístupy na příkladu multinacionálního podniku, který je na globálním trhu považován za lídra svého oboru. Součástí práce bude rovněž podrobná analýza daného podniku, která má za cíl určit, nakolik jsou vnější a vnitřní faktory pro daný podnik důležité. Jedná se ovšem o nesmírně důležitou vnitropodnikovou problematiku, kterou je vhodné řešit v rámci top managementu podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je tedy analyzovat a posoudit význam jednotlivých faktorů, které vedou ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti sledovaného subjektu a k vytvoření jeho konkurenční výhody, a to z pohledu současnosti a výhledu následujících pěti let.

In the present thesis will examine some theoretical approaches that deal with business competitiveness and create competitive advantage , from the point of view of their impact on business performance. There are use theoretical approaches to the example of the multinational company is the global market leader considered his field. The work will also detailed analysis the company, which aims to determine the extent to which external and internal factors important for the enterprise . But this is an extremely important issue in-hous , which should be addrese to the top management of the company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and assess the significance of the various factors that lead to increased competitiveness in the subject and the creation of competitive advantages from the perspective of the present and search for the next five years.
