Konstrukční řešení měřícího zařízení pro měření síly a zdvihu elektromechanických spínacích prvků

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a measuring device for measuring the force and displacement of electromechanical switching elements. It is a bachelor's thesis created by company ELCOM, a.s., where the author is employed. The introduction of the thesis presents it's goals and sets the main requirements for the design. Then there are described existing devices for measuring force and displacement. This is followed by a theoretical description of the main principles on which currently available force sensors, position sensors, and linear actuators operate, as these are the main components of the design. The next part of the thesis focuses on the creation of three conceptual design variants. These proposals are compared in a multicriteria analysis. The design with the overall best parameters is described in detail at the end of the thesis. Selected parts of the proposed design are verified by verification calculations. The manufacturing documentation of the final design is created according to the extent required by the thesis supervisor.
