Abstract

This thesis is focused on the design development of the system of education employees in the organization LOMAX & CO s.r.o. The thesis is divided into 2 parts, on the theoretical and practical. The first part describes the topic, a list of methods that are used in educational processes, evaluating employee development, which is followed by reward and motivation. The second part describes and analyzes the specific system of education of employees in the organization. There was conducted structured interviews with employees of the company and also the survey. The objective of this thesis was conducted through surveys suggest possible solutions that would improve the current situation and increase the effectiveness of staff development in society.
