Optimalizace zásobování výrobních linek

Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of material and product flows through the whole company. It also analyses the number of handled items in each flow. The analyses were evaluated and problems were found in the areas of glazing, finishing and packaging. The problems are solved by layout changes and designing the implementation of automated carts. At the end, a project management proposal and a risk assessment of the project are presented.
