Racionalizace práce skladu

Abstract

Námětem bakalářské práce je vykonat analýzu práce skladu a navrhnout opatření k jeho zlepšení. První část bakalářské práce je věnována analýze stávajícího stavu. Druhá část práce je věnována analýze ABC materiálového toku. Další části jsou věnovány analýze chování systému, získaného pomocí simulace systémů a experimentování se simulačním modelem a užití vícekriteriálního vyhodnocování variant při optimalizaci nákupu manipulační techniky. V závěru jsou hodnoceny hypotézy a poznatky, které vznikly z otázek a odpovědí na úlohu racionalizaci skladu.

The subject matter of this Bachelor´s degree work is to perform an analysis of storehouse work and to suggest measures for its improvement. The first part of the Bachelor´s degree work is dedicated to the analysis of the existing state. The second part of work deals with an analysis of the ABC material flow. Furhter parts analyze the conduct of the system obtained by means of systems simulation and by experimenting with a simulation model, as well as the use of multicriterion evaluation during the optimisation of handling equipment puchase. The work is concluded with evaluations of hypotheses and findings that have arisen from questions and answers concerning the topic of rationalisation in a storehouse.
