Optimalizace procesu výroby ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Téma této bakalářské práce je optimalizace výrobního procesu ve strojírenském podniku, ve společnosti Ferrcomp, a.s. Cílem této práce je optimalizovat jednotlivé identifikované nedostatky a navrhnout řešení těchto nedostatků. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které jsou součástí výrobního procesu, jako například výroba, optimalizace, či rozhodování. Následně v praktické části je uvedena charakteristika společnosti, analýzy aktuálního stavu společnosti a analýzy výrobního procesu z různých hledisek. Ke konci této kapitoly je uveden souhrn jednotlivých úzkých míst, pro které jsou uvedeny návrhy na optimalizaci a poté následuje zhodnocení přínosů těchto návrhů.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the optimization of the production process in the engineering company Ferrcomp, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to optimize individual identified deficiencies and to propose solutions to these deficiencies. The theoretical part explains the concepts that are part of the production process, such as production, optimization, and decision making. Then, in the practical part, the characteristics of the company, the analysis of the current state of the company and the analysis of the production process from different points of view are presented. Towards the end of this chapter, a summary of the various bottlenecks for which optimization suggestions are given, followed by an evaluation of the benefits of these suggestions.
