Využití mikrokontrolérů pro zpracování signálů v mechatronice

Abstract

Dissertation thesis deals with the creation and use of a microcontroller-based control system for measuring, generating and processing signals in the field of mechatronic systems. The aim of the work is to design and create an embedded control system, which will then be used for active vibration dampening of a new test stand of a vertical rotor with a flywheel, mounted in graphite bearings when using piezo actuators of the "stack" type as actuators. This device, which was created for the purpose of testing of the active dampening of rotor vibration, follows on from the previous solution, which was based on the use of hydrodynamic bearings and a horizontally placed shaft. The thesis describes the important parts of the control system, the algorithms used to control the device or process signals, the experimental simulation model of the test stand and the subsequent verification of the possibilities of using piezo actuators for active rotor vibration dampening.
