Strategická analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je strategická analýza vybrané společnosti. V první části této práce jsou teoreticky vymezeny potřebné znalosti a pojmy, které souvisí s analýzou externího a interního prostředí společnosti a SWOT analýzy. Ve druhé části diplomové práce jsou provedeny jednotlivé analýzy na vybrané společnosti. Díky tomuto jsou určeny silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě vyhodnocení analýz jsou vypracovány náměty a doporučení pro danou společnost.

The goal of the diploma thesis is a strategic analysis of a selected company. The first part of this work theoretically defines the necessary knowledge and concepts related to the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company and SWOT analysis. In the second part of the diploma thesis, individual analyzes are performed on the selected company. This identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on the results of analyzes, ideas and recommendations for the selected company are developed.
