Vliv zatěžující síly indentoru na výslednou hodnotu tvrdosti dle Vickerse vybraných typů slinutých karbidů

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je popsáno několik vybraných základních typů slinutých karbidů. Jsou popsány slinuté karbidy a také jejich mechanické vlastnosti, zejména s důrazem na jejich tvrdost. Tato práce se zaměřuje především na měření tvrdosti slinutých karbidů lišících se obsahem jak pojivé tak i tvrdé fáze a velikostí jejích zrn. Popisem vlivu rozdílné struktury zkoušeného materiálu na jeho mechanické vlastnosti, zejména pak jeho výslednou tvrdost. Experimentální část je věnována samotnému měření a vyhodnocení naměřených hodnot s určením vlastností jednotlivých vzorků a jejich možnosti využití pro další aplikace.

This work presents some selected basic types of sintered carbides; their description and their mechanical properties, with particular emphasis on their hardness. The Thesis focuses on measuring the hardness of sintered carbides that differ in contents of both binder and hard phase, and size of grains. It further describes the influence, the difference of the structures of the tested material has on its mechanical properties, in particular its final hardness. The experimental section is devoted to the measurement and evaluation of the measured values and the determination of the properties of each of the samples and their potential use in diverse applications.
