Optimalizace výběru nářadí pro utahování matic maximálním momentem

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the comparison of the most used types of bolts and tightening tools in terms of the ability to transfer the tightening torque to the bolt. At the beginning, the goals of the thesis are set and the bolted joint is briefly introduced. This is followed by the calculation of the maximum and destructive tightening torque for the assigned bolt. Next passage is the search in the area of the shapes of the bolt heads and tightening tools. Furthermore, after a brief introduction to the theory of contact stress, the most commonly used shapes of connections of bolts and tools are compared by analytical calculations and especially numerical calculations using the finite element method. Calculations and achieved results are then evaluated. The last part is the conclusion, which includes the choice of the optimal shape of bolt and tool.
