The bachelor thesis is the design of the model and then the production of a milling cutter for machining polystyrene and mineral wool. Improve or reduce costs for milling. The content of the bachelor thesis is theoretical part focused on milling of aluminum alloys and milling of shaped surfaces, including milling tools and devices. The practical part contains a structural description of the design of the cutter model and its variant, comparison of the new design with the existing milling solution. Selection of suitable material and surface treatment of tool tools. Furthermore, the technological process and the technical and economic evaluation of the proposal are elaborated.
