Hydraulický pohon napínání pásu pro pneumatiky

Abstract

The purpose of this master thesis is to design a belt tensioning drive for tires. Theoretical part of this work pays attention to the history and manufacture of tires. At the beginning of the practical part, variants of solutions are suggested. The rest of the practical part of the work is then focused on technical calculations of the chosen variant. In accordance with the calculations appropriate linear hydraulic motor and other components are chosen. The linear hydraulic motor provides sufficient preload and the required belt speed. For the chosen hydraulic motor, the drawing documentation is created. At the end of the master thesis a manual for the service and maintenance of the device is elaborated.
