Návrh technologie výroby unašeče trakčního převodu lokomotivy

Abstract

This thesis deals with suggestion of the new production technology locomotive´s tenon traction transmission in the company Kovoobrábění Vraštil. The first section is focused on machining sizable parts. In the next section is an analysis antecedent production technology. Based on this analysis is suggested new production technology. The suggestion includes selection machine tools, cutting tools, cutting conditions and new technological process. The final section of the thesis contains technical economic evaluation. There are stated time and financial savings.
