Abstract

The aim of my Bachelor´s work is to find out the costumer´s satisfaction conserning the sport centre Dynamic fit which is situated in Hranice. I found out the costumer´s satisfaction thanks to the questionary which was held from January till the end of February 2009. One hundred costumers of Dynamic fit answered the question form. I suggested some recommendation on the basis of the result of the marketing research. This recommendation can attract new costumers, and at the same time, it can keep present costumers. My suggestions are: to extend selected lessons with new exercises, to repeat more often the favourite lessons, to provide discount for certain group of costumers. I make some recommendation in the sphere of marketing communication.
