Ověření homogenity materiálových a kvalitativních vlastností vyráběného produktu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce experimentálně vyhodnocuje materiálové a kvalitativní vlastnosti, jejich stejnorodost ve struktuře po celé délce zkušebních vzorků, zapůjčených firmou OSRAM Bruntál. Úvodem práce popisuji základní teorii tažení drátu, následně charakteristické vlastnosti samotného wolframu a jeho použití v praxi. V dalších pasážích práce předkládám informace o měřících přístrojích a samotném experimentu. Závěrem shrnuji všechny podstatné přínosy experimentální části a vyhodnocuji celé testování homogenity materiálu.

Bachelor thesis experimentally evaluates the material and qualitative properties of homogeneity in the structure, the entire length of the specimens, lent by OSRAM Bruntál. First of all, I mention some information about the history of the company and give an overview of production activities. In the next chapter I describe the basic theory of wire drawing, then the characteristic properties of the tungsten and molybdenum using these metals in practice. In other passages, the work provides information on measuring instruments and the actual experimental section, which is described in detail each of the measurements. The conclusion summarizes all the essential benefits of the experimental test and evaluate the homogeneity of the material.
