Abstract

In this master thesis, the first part deals with the belt conveyor and a brief description. I write further on conveyor belts to their composition and distribution in the next chapter is a review of merger types of conveyor belts through a mechanical coupling, vulcanized to bonded to the cold. In the chapter on vulcanizing presses is a brief overview of the curing presses in terms of principle , and then the technological requirements for listed equipment. The next section describes the concept of the press. In the calculation of the proposal is implemented vulcanizing press for joining conveyor belts. Calculated the size of the heating surfaces and frame vulcanizing press. Furthermore, in this section describes other parts of the press, which were not covered by the proposal, but are important for equipment performance. In the last chapter describes the installation and operation of the vulcanizing press.
