Abstract
The theoretical part summarizes findings concerning the organizational competitiveness in connection with human resources efficiency. Further the attention is paid to corporate culture and creative potential in connection with modern management methods. The analytical part examines the level of human potential of corporation’s Dalkia Česká republika headquarters and analyzes the work-cultural environment of that for company key section. The results will be used for recommendations towards management.
