Abstract
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and realisation of pumping equipment for oil. The theoretical part includes an analysis of available pumping systems and describes the possibilities of their structural design. Furthermore, various types of drives and types of pumping systems based on the transported medium are described. The theoretical part concludes with a summary of solutions offered by manufacturers of these systems. The practical part deals with the design of individual components of the pumping equipment, including the hydraulic generator, electric motor, suction and discharge hoses, etc. Firstly, the structural design of the equipment was presented, followed by a description of the manufacturing process of the pumping equipment. Finally, an innovation of the realised equipment was implemented, and its functionality was verified by a practical test of oil transfer from the source container to the tank.
