Abstract

Subject of this paper is the proposal about marketing mix of new cosmetic studio Sogno di mare. Firstly, it describes historical development of cosmetics, analysis done about the macro environment, and the individual market players and competition. The theoretical part concentrates on facts about marketing services. The research was done by the questionnaire, which analysed the gained data. The conclusion of the paper focuses mainly on gained results from research and recommendation of particular elements of marketing mix of services.
