Abstract
Diploma Thesis deals with the conceptional proposal of solution under the terms of process of 3D digitization of the means of production for press working of sheet metal parts in firm Klein & Blažek, s. r. o. Štíty. It generalizes a conception of Reverse Engineering in concrete practical form by using a model of pretest pressing tool in operating conditions of the firm by using scan CAE systems ATOS II. This work is grounded on hardware platform of CAE ATOS II and support of SW Tebis. It provides the results of measuring with respect to function state of tools, a state of wastage, technological and manufacturing processing of the tools. It offers conceptional and constructive proposal for increase of the parameter of the tool lifetime period with respect to the planned manufacturing production. On the basis of this work it is possible to judge recoverability of the expended investment for making a new constructive documentation than making technical documentation from prepared physical object, in this example the pressing tool itself. On the basis of economic analysis, I recommend the purchase of CAE system ATOS II for firm Klein & Blažek, s. r. o.
