Návrh vhodné mikrogeometrie VBD pro frézování austenitických ocelí

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deal with questions of proposal of the appropriate by indexable inserts from cemented carbide taking account of current parameters of durability by face milling on austenitic stainless steel. In the beginning part is shortly decribed history and orientation of comapny Dormer Pramet and short partition of austenitic steels. In the main part is focused on proposal of the appropriate microgeometry of indexable inserts OEHT 06 and comparison of standard and newly designed version by durability cutting tests. In the end of Bachelor thesis are given the knowledge from experiments and their technical-economic evaluation.
