| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem této diplomové práce je návrh marketingové komunikace pro technické služby. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a aplikační část. Data pro analýzu byla získána prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu metodou elektronického dotazování s názvem CAWI a byla vyhodnocena pomocí programů MS Excel a IBM SPSS Statistic 23.
