JOB CLUB - skupinové poradenství zaměřené na získání vhodného pracovního místa

Abstract

The thesis deals with consultancy services provided at the labour offices. In the first part it is explained what the consultancy term means and what their types are, namely: individual, group, team and special consultancy. In the following part it is explained what job clubs are: where and when job clubs were established, what their objectives are, what types of job clubs exist and the types of clients that are included in these clubs. In the last part client-questionnaire-based survey results are processed. This survey concerned the client-satisfaction with the programme provided and with the information supplied as well as the possibilities to use this information and acquired skills during the process of looking for appropriate employment. On the basis of the outcomes of the questionnaire-based-survey prospective changes will be proposed concerning the content of activities within the job clubs.
