Oprava povrchové úpravy okenních rámů kolejových vozidel

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the study of repair and renovation of windows frames’ surface treatment. In the beginning there is a description of current surface treatment of windows frames, including its defects and mechanical damage after disassembling from the rail vehicle. Second part is aimed on experimental test of new coating system and single preparation of part surface for application new surface treatment. The ending part of the work includes mechanical examinations of surface durability as is grid adhesion test, and resistance to mechanical damage. Every results are written and evaluated in tables and graphs.
