dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá systémy pro automatickou detekcí registračních značek. V teoretické části jsou rozebíraný možné problémy které mohou nastat v procesu detekce. Následně jsou rozepsány nejčastěji využívané metody pro samotnou detekci. V praktické části jsou využity dvě různé existující metody pro detekci, nachází se zde vyhodnocení výsledků, následné porovnání přesností.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis explores systems for the automatic detection of license plates. The theoretical part discusses potential issues that may arise during the detection process. Subsequently, the most commonly used methods for detection itself are described. In the practical part, two different existing methods for detection are utilized, including an evaluation of results and a subsequent comparison of accuracies.	en
