Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with procedures of certifying modifications by design and product organizations approved in accordance with Part 21. Also it deals with the implementation of approved modifications procedures in maintenance organizations approved in accordance with Part 145 and Part M. Introduction of this thesis is dedicated to explaning the main terms and to dividing of regulations regarding this topic. The contents are examples of mandatory and non-binding documents and descriptions of their procedures under which the approved the changes are made. Then there are presented the proposal of procedures for approving a new modification of a small aircraft. At the end of the thesis there are 15 checking questions and attachments with other pictures or forms for a better understanding of this issue.
