Sledování opotřebení nástrojů při aplikaci vysokoproduktivních technologií obrábění

Abstract

This work deals with tool wear monitoring in application of high-production machining technologies. In the introductory and theoretical part are presented the parameters of this modern machining technology and its brief history is also presented. Other points are devoted to the analysis of the current state of machinery and tools market, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore, the objectives of the dissertation, based on which, a procedure for a suitable solution was proposed. For the purposes of the experiments, a machining center, tools meeting the requirements for high-productivity machining technology and cutting inserts were subsequently selected, while the necessary technical parameters were listed. Subsequently, two material qualities, semi-finished product dimensions and a machining strategy for realization of the whole experiment were designed. In the dissertation, partial objectives of the dissertation, benefits for science and research, practice and study were set.
