Abstract

In the fist part of this work I am reseraching about human potential, directing of human resources and about education and development of employee espacially in this case by theoretical way. I am expanding cycle of education, methods of education of modern personalistic too. Second part is dedicated to characterization of specific company. The main aim of my reserching is analyse of current situation of education and development of employees of this organization which is in analytic part. Important point of this analyse was questionnaire whom aim was exploration satisfaction of employees with offered education and with possibilities of personal and carieristic progress in this company. Based on this answers from questionnaire i designed suggestions and recommendations which can be effective contribution for company in form of improved satisfaction of employees not only with educational and progressional activities but with satisfaction with employment in whole. From this can follow progressioning selling effect and eliminated number of leave from organization.
