Inovace procesu a metod získávání nových zaměstnanců

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on human resources management. The main problems are recruitment and selection of the new employees in the companies. The first part of this thesis is focused on understanding of the teoretical knowledges and important terms of this part of human resources management, for example external and internal sources of the new employees recruiment, methods of the recruitment ect. Next part of this thesis reports on analysis of the present situation of recruitment and selection of new employees in the company PSP Engineering in Přerov, Czech Republic. In the end of this work are projected new methods and solutions, that lead along to inovation of the deficiencies.
