Abstract

MOKRIŠOVÁ, Michaela. Communication platform for optimization of tasks in the permanent working group of the crisis staff of the municipality with extended competence. [Diploma thesis]. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2018, 64 p. The theme of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the electronic platform for the support of the solution of tasks by the permanent working group of the crisis staff of the municipality with extended competence. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical basis of the crisis management system, the legislative regulations and the definition of terms from this area. The following part contains an overview of the established crisis teams, acquaintance with the structure of KŠ municipalities with extended competence in the Moravian-Silesian Region and analysis of the current communication cycle. Analysis of strengths and weaknesses was done using the SWOT method, which resulted in the design of the communication platform.
