Stanislav Honus, Ph.D.This bachelor thesis evaluates the potential use of brown coal in the form of pyrolysis. The first part describes the basic thermal processes and their comparison. The second part is dedicated to the pyrolysis, its division, the resulting products and types of pyrolysis reactors. The last part is practical and resolves whether it is preferable to use lignite for pyrolysis or combustion.
