Točna automobilu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem točny automobilu. První část práce obsahuje informace o současném stavu techniky. Další část se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem a výpočty důležitých částí, jako jsou pevné pojezdové kladky, volba a výpočet pohonu, výpočet třecího převodu, volba a kontrola střední hřídele, kontrola ložisek a kontrola svaru. Následujícím krokem je pevnostní kontrola rámu točny automobilu pomocí metody konečných prvků s využitím programu Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012. K práci jsou přiloženy výkresy sestavy točny automobilu, sestavy střední hřídele a výrobní výkres hřídele.

Bachelor thesis describes construction design of car turntable. The first part of thesis contains information about the current state of the art. The next part is focused on construction design and calculations of important parts such as fixed track castors, choice and calculation of drive unit, calculation of friction transmission, inspection of central shaft, bearings and weld. The following step contains stress inspection of car turntable structure using FEM analysis in Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012. Draws of car turntable assembly, central shaft assembly and production drawings of shaft are attached to the thesis.
