Abstract

The Master thesis is focused for the employee recruitment and selection process in AXA s.r.o. company. The aim is to analyse the employee recruitment and selection process in selected company, and based on the finding of this analysis suggest recommendations that could remove weakness in this process. The thesis is divided into several parts. In first part theoretical starting point are given, in the second part AXA, s.r.o. company is characterized. The next part employee recruitment and selection process is analysed in this concrete company, and in the last part based on analysis results are suggested possible recommendations to improve the quality of employee recruitment and selection process in AXA s.r.o. company.
