Návrh a ověření metodiky kalibrace 2D triangulačních skenerů

Abstract

The thesis deals with the calibration of non-linearities 2D Triangulation scanners based on the principle of tilted mirror. These scanners were used to measure the diameter and the ovality of hot-rolled tubes. During deployment in the operation were occurring inaccuracies especially noticeable in the measurement of circular section, caused by the construction of the scanners of this type. The initial stage of the development of the work describes the calibration methodology and software support, with the aim of calibrating scanners in operating conditions in order to suppress non-linearities scanners and thus improving measurement accuracy across the system.
