Návrh stříhacího přípravku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem stříhacího přípravku, pro prostřihování C profilu, který je součástí stavebního pouzdra posuvných dveří. První část se věnuje popisu technologie stříhání. V další části je rozebrána alternativa konstrukce střihadla.Praktická část se zabývá výpočty střižné síly, návrhu akumulátoru, návrhu chladiče a dalšími potřebnými výpočty. Závěr práce zahrnuje obsluhu a údržbu hydraulického agregátu. Jako součást práce je přiložen sestavný výkres stříhacího přípravku, výrobní dokumentace střižné jednotky a funkční schéma hydraulického obvodu spolu se specifikací prvků obvodu pohonu střihadla.

This thesis deals with the proposal of cutting preparation, punching for C profile, which is part of the building housing the sliding door . The first part describes cutting technology. The next section discusses the alternative design cutting preparation. Practical part deals with the calculations of shear forces , the design of the hydraulic battery , the draft coolers and other necessary calculations. Finally, the work involves operating and maintaining hydraulic unit. As part of this work is attached a the plan of the cutting preparation, production documentation of the cutting unit and functional diagram of the hydraulic circuit together with the specification of the drive circuit elements of the cutting preparation.
