dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout strategii pro vybrané pekařství. Strategie bude vypracována na základě strategické analýzy podnikatelského prostředí a analýzy pekařství. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení teoretických pojmů a metod strategické analýzy. Druhá část je zaměřena na vlastní analýzu pekařství, výsledky šetření, doporučení a návrhy, které byly získány pomocí metod strategické analýzy.cs
dc.description.abstractThe main goal of this bachelor thesis is to propose strategy for selected bakery. The strategy will be elaborated on the basis of strategic analysis of entrepreneurial background and analysis of the bakery. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis is focused on explain of the theoretis terms and methods of strategic analysis. The second part is focused on own analysis of the bakery, results of the research, recommendations and proposals which were obtained using methods of strategic analysis.en
