Formalizace a řízení firemních procesů

Abstract

This Master dissertation focus on formalization (identification, survey (mapping) and description of procedures/processes), it´s evaluation and suggestion of rationalization of partial procedure in company Ložiska a příslušenství. In the theoretically-methodological part there are outlined several methods used for identification and survey of procedures. There are also mentioned norms for creating company procedures, where there are a varienty of all kinds of company procedures and they differ to it´s methods and standards. Practical part is focused on the description of current company situation, it´s organization structure, and sofware of the whole company. Furthermore there is a survey of current stock-keeping and expedition. Evaluation of it´s accomplishements and inconveniences, based on the result, a suggestion of rationalization of stock-keeping and expedition procedure and it´s re-insurance of acquisition for the company is made.
