Návrh vhodných obráběcích nástrojů a řezných parametrů pro obrábění plastů

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh vhodných nástrojů a řezných parametrů pro obrábění plastových součástí. Práce byla realizována ve firmě LUX s r.o. V první části práce je popis plastových materiálů a technologie jejich zpracování. V dalších částech je popis dané problematiky a informace o použitých materiálech a vybraných výrobcích nástrojů. Dále je zde popis kompletní technologie výroby zadaných součástí, porovnání nástrojů a porovnání strojních časů. Závěrem práce je technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení použitelnosti navrhovaných nástrojů.

This thesis was carried out at LUX s.r.o. and focuses on the design of appropriate tools and cutting parameters for the machining of plastic parts. The first part deals with the description of plastic materials and their processing technology, followed by an introduction to the issues and information on the materials used and the selected tool manufacturers. Then the thesis goes on to describe the entire production technology of specified components and to compare the tools and machinery times. The conclusion of this work is a techno-economic assessment of the applicability of the proposed tools.
